    Cinnamon Sugar FAQs

What is the correct cinnamon to sugar ratio?

We prefer 4:1 (4 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon). If you want more warmth, another good ratio, is 2:1 (2 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon).

Can I use ground cinnamon or whole cinnamon sticks?

Ground cinnamon is easier, but you can also use cinnamon sticks. You will just have to grind them before adding them to the mixture.
