Skip the stovetop mess! Our oven-baked bacon is a foolproof way to make crispy bacon without the grease splatter.

No-splatter easy oven-baked bacon on an aluminum foil-lined sheet pan.

We love baking bacon in the oven because it allows us to focus on making the rest of our brunch and cleanup is a breeze. We usually enjoy it with scrambled eggs for a protein-packed breakfast. It is also the perfect complement to fluffy Belgian waffles and oat milk pancakes, or on a bed of kimchi fried rice.
