Prepare oven - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Bake bacon - Arrange the bacon in a single layer with space between each slice. Place the bacon in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until it reaches the desired crispiness. Remove from the oven and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Storage
Let the bacon cool then refrigerate it in an air-tight container for up to 3 days. In order to reheat, place bacon on a baking sheet and warm in the oven at 250°F.

Arrange the bacon strips in a single layer with space between so the bacon cooks evenly.
Be sure to put the bacon on paper towels to drain any excess grease.
