This healthy Greek yogurt dressing takes just a couple of minutes to make. That's it! Just a couple minutes of your time for a dressing full of flavor. I put this dressing on salads, spicy wings, chicken tenders, and more game day starters. Although it's made with healthy, lower fat ingredients compared to tradition ranch dressing, it does not skip out on flavor.
Ranch Dressing without Buttermilk
Ranch dressing is typically made with buttermilk, making the dressing tangy and creamy. While buttermilk is delicious in ranch, Greek yogurt is a healthier alternative that yields the same delicious results.

Easy Recipe Instructions
First, add Greek yogurt, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, lemon juice, green onions, and water to the blender bowl of a food processor. Then, pulse and blend Greek yogurt mixture until it reaches a well-blended, creamy consistency. This will take about 30 seconds.
If you do not have a food processor, use a blender instead and blend for about one minute.
Once the ingredients are blended, scoop the ranch dressing into serving bowl and garnish with chopped chives to be used immediately.
How to Store Leftovers
Store Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing in the refrigerator in an air-tight container, such as a mason jar. Before using, stir it soft reaches its original consistency.

- 1 tsp chopped fresh green onions or chives, plus more for garnish (optional)
- 1 tbsp water
Using a food processor, pulse and blend Greek yogurt, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, lemon juice, green onions, and water until creamy and well mixed, about 30 seconds.
Scoop into serving bowl and garnish with chopped chives to be used immediately or store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
Store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to 4 days. If you don't have a food processor, use a blender instead and blend for 1 minute, or until creamy.
