rice milk

baby kale

spinach

frozen banana

mango

A few pineapple slices for garnish

Instructions
In a blender, add rice milk, kale, spinach first. Then add the banana, mango, pineapple on top. Top with honey and chia seeds.
3 cups rice milk,
½ cup baby kale,
½ cup spinach,
1 frozen banana,
1 cup mango,
1 cup pineapple,
¼ cup honey,
3 tablespoon chia seeds
Blend on low to break up the ingredients, then turn on high for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
Serve in chilled glasses and garnish with pineapple slices.

Storage
Refrigerate this healthy smoothie in an
air-tight glass pitcher
or in
glass bottles
for up to 3 days.
Top Tips
Keep an eye on the ingredients as they blend
to ensure they don't become watery.
Use frozen fruit
because it keeps the smoothie cold without diluting the flavor.
