Warm the tortilla - For a more pliable wrap, warm the tortilla slightly. Warm the tortilla in a pan on low, in the microwave on a microwave-safe plate, or in the oven covered with foil until warm.
1 large tortilla
Add the filling - Place the warmed tortilla on a clean flat surface and add a scoop of your favorite fillings in the center.
¾ cup your favorite fillings
Roll the wrap - Using both hands, fold the outer edges of the tortilla inward, over the filling, about 1-2 inches. Roll the bottom edge of the tortilla up tightly, tucking in the filling as you go. Tuck and roll the wrap or burrito closed until the seam is facing down. Cut in half and enjoy!

Storage
Storage will depend in the filling. But wraps and burritos are best enjoyed fresh. If you have leftover wrap or burrito, refrigerate in an air-tight container then enjoy within 1 day or the tortilla will get soggy.
Wrap Tips
Don’t overfill the tortilla or it will be hard to roll and it will lose its shape. We recommend using a ½ cup of filling for an 8-inch tortilla and ¾-1 cup of filling for a 10-inch tortilla.
Warm the tortilla to make it more pliable and easy to roll.
Be careful with wet ingredients because they can make the tortilla fall apart easily. If using wet ingredients like as beans, use a slotted spoon to scoop the ingredients and tap the spoon on the edge of the bowl to shake off any excess moisture.
