1 tablespoon all purpose flour, 1 lb pizza dough
Preheat oven - Place the oven rack in the middle tier and preheat the oven to 475°F.
Prepare pizza - Stretch the dough by hand or use a rolling pin to create a 12-inch circle or a 9x13" rectangle. Lightly oil a pizza pan or baking sheet and place the dough on in the pan. Top with mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes cut side up, and garlic.
½ teaspoon olive oil, 8 oz mozzarella cheese, 8 oz cherry tomatoes, 1-2 cloves garlic
Bake pizza - Bake pizza on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and the bottom of the crust is lightly browned. The cheese will be bubbly around the edges. If there is still a lot of moisture from the tomatoes and cheese, bake it longer until the moisture dries up.

Storage
Got leftover pizza? Refrigerate it in an air-tight container or foil for up to 3 days. When you are ready to eat it, enjoy it cold, at room temperature, or heat the oven to 300°F and warm the pizza on a baking sheet for 5 to 7 minutes.
Top Tips
If you are making this pizza for a party, use a mix of cherry tomato colors for visual appeal.
Be sure to dust the dough with flour so it won't stick to the pan while baking.
Spread the dough slowly and carefully to ensure the dough has an even thickness throughout and there aren't thin spots or holes.
Use a pizza cutter to slice the pizza, it is easier than a knife.
