adds deep, caramelized garlic flavor to any dish! All you need is a whole garlic bulb, a drizzle of olive oil, and aluminum foil.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove paper on outside of garlic bulb.
Slice off quarter inch off the top off garlic bulb.
Drizzle cloves with olive oil.
Wrap in garlic foil then roast for 40-45 min.
Allow garlic to cool then remove cloves.
Enjoy spread on bread, with steak, or with chicken.
