Kimchi Fried Rice
is a zesty, one-pot rice dish that's perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

While rice cooks, cook onions, garlic, scallions, and kimchi
Add rice one cup at a time and kimchi juice.
Add sesame oil, black pepper, and furikake.
Fry eggs in butter for about 2 minutes.
Plate rice and top with fried eggs, scallions, and sesame seeds.
