Step 1

Make rice on stovetop or in rice cooker.

Step 2

While rice cooks, cook onions, garlic, scallions, and kimchi

Step 3

Add rice one cup at a time and kimchi juice.

Step 4

Add sesame oil, black pepper, and furikake.

Step 5

Fry eggs in butter for about 2 minutes.

Step 6

Plate rice and top with fried eggs, scallions, and sesame seeds.
