Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies are crispy, chewy brown butter cookies packed with butterscotch and chocolate chips and topped with flaky sea salt.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F & line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Make brown butter - Cook butter & whisk as butter melts.

Step 3

Cook butter until it forms small brown flecks.

Step 4

Whisk browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.

Step 5

Reduce speed to low then mix in vanilla & egg.

Step 6

Add flour, baking powder and soda, salt, and chocolate & butterscotch chips.

Step 7

Form dough balls then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Step 8

Bake for 10-12 min then top with sea salt and enjoy!
