Browned Butter Mashed Potatoes

Browned Butter Mashed Potatoes are silky, fluffy potatoes flavored with creamy browned butter, rosemary, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and garlic.

Step 1

Boil potatoes for 20-25 minutes.

Step 2

While potatoes cook, make brown butter.

Step 3

Heat until butter melts and foams and has brown flecks.

Step 4

Stir in minced rosemary, garlic, and heavy cream.

Step 5

Strain and mash potatoes.

Step 6

Fold in herbed browned butter, Parm, salt, & pepper.

Step 7

Serve and enjoy!
