Step 1
Cook mushrooms
- Heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.

Cook mushrooms until browned and season with salt & pepper.

in a large pot then reserve cup of pasta water.

Make sauce
- Heat butter in pan then add flour, garlic cloves, and wine.

Once wine is reduced, add heavy cream, truffle puree & mushrooms.

Remove garlic, whisk in Parm, egg yolk, and salt to taste.
