Black Truffle Mushroom Pasta is a decadent, creamy dish that is perfect for a special occasion or date night.

Step 1

Cook mushrooms - Heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.

Step 2

Cook mushrooms until browned and season with salt & pepper.

Step 3

Cook pasta in a large pot then reserve cup of pasta water.

Step 4

Make sauce - Heat butter in pan then add flour, garlic cloves, and wine.

Step 5

Once wine is reduced, add heavy cream, truffle puree & mushrooms.

Step 6

Remove garlic, whisk in Parm, egg yolk, and salt to taste.

Step 7

Mix pasta and sauce adding reserved pasta water quarter cup at a time.

Step 8

Top with parsley then enjoy!
