Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes

Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes are a decadent comfort dish featuring creamy garlic mashed potatoes topped with melted gruyere, crispy prosciutto, and chives.

Step 1

Drizzle garlic cloves with olive oil then roast for 45 minutes.

Step 2

With 10 minutes left in the oven for the garlic, add the prosciutto.

Step 3

Make mashed potatoes - Boil potatoes for 20 min.

Step 4

While potatoes cook, make cream and butter mixture.

Step 5

Mash potatoes then mix with garlic, parm, cream, salt, pepper, & chives.

Step 6

Add cheese then bake for 35 minutes.

Step 7

Top with crispy prosciutto and chives then enjoy!
