are sweet and chewy treats featuring mochi stuffed with ripe strawberries and a sweet Japanese bean paste.
Clean, dry, and remove stems from strawberries.
Wrap strawberries with bean paste.
- Mix mochiko, sugar, and water.
in microwave & dust parchment paper with potato starch.
into 6 pieces.
Wrap strawberries in mochi.
Cut mochi in half then enjoy!
