Roasted Shallots

Roasted Shallots are made in a few simple steps for a delicious side dish with deep flavor.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Cut shallots and remove outer layer.

Step 3

Place shallots on greased baking sheet cut-side down and drizzle with olive oil.

Step 4

Season with salt,  black pepper, and herbs.

Step 5

Roast for 30 min, or until tender and golden brown.

Step 6

Enjoy in pasta, sandwiches, salads, and more!
