Raspberry Compote

Step 1

Add raspberries, sugar, and lemon zest and juice to a  saucepan.

Step 2

Cook on low heat stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Cook until raspberries soften and liquid becomes syrupy.

Step 4

Let cool then enjoy on pancakes, waffles,  and desserts!
