Pumpkin Banana Muffins

Step 1

Heat oven to 425°F and line muffin tin.

Step 2

Whisk flour, baking soda and powder, pumpkin pie spice, and kosher salt.

Step 3

Mix bananas, pumpkin puree, egg, oil, yogurt, vanilla, & brown sugar.

Step 4

Combine dry and wet ingredients.

Step 5

Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts if desired.

Step 6

Bake for 5 min at 425°F then turn heat down to 375°F and bake for an 10 min.

Step 7

Let cool for 5 min then enjoy!
