Step 1

Heat chicken stock.

Step 2

Cook chicken then chop into bite sized bits.

Step 3

Cook carrots, celery, onion, pearl onions, and mushrooms.

Step 4

Season and stir in butter then stir in flour to make the roux.

Step 5

Add broth, dijon mustard, and heavy cream.

Step 6

Stir in chicken, corn, and peas and remove from the heat.

Step 7

Cover pie with puff pastry sheet then brush with egg wash.

Step 8

Cut slits then bake for 25 min or until puff pastry is golden brown.
