Pistachio Crusted Salmon

Pistachio-Crusted Salmon features succulent salmon bathed in a honey dijonnaise, encrusted in crunchy pistachios and golden panko breadcrumbs.

Step 1

Heat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Make dijonnaise - Mix mayo, dijon mustard, honey, garlic, paprika, salt, & pepper.

Step 3

Make pistachio topping - Mix panko, pistachios, salt, and olive oil.

Step 4

Season salmon then spread dijonnaise.

Step 5

Sprinkle pistachio panko mixture on  salmon.

Step 6

Bake for 12-15 minutes.

Step 7

Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
