Passion Fruit Curd (Lilikoi Butter)

Passion Fruit Curd (Lilikoi Butter) is a creamy, tangy spread or topping full of passion fruit flavor.

Step 1

Mix sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract.

Step 2

Heat passion fruit puree and butter over low heat.

Step 3

Add some of the egg mixture to the butter mixture and stir to temper the mixture.

Step 4

Pour rest of egg mixture and kosher salt into butter mixture.

Step 5

Cook on low heat and stir until mixture thickens.

Step 6

Allow curd to cool then transfer to jars.

Use for cakes, tarts, scones, and more!
