One-Pot French Onion Pasta transforms classic French Onion Soup into a creamy, cheesy pasta dish perfect for busy nights.

Step 1

Caramelize onions - Cook onions over low heat in pot for 45 min.

Step 2

Deglaze onions with white wine then add butter.

Step 3

Add flour then beef stock, thyme, and bay leaves.

Step 4

Optional - Make pangratatto by toasting bread crumbs with herbs.

Step 5

Stir in pasta and cook until al dente.

Step 6

Once pasta is cooked, remove from heat and stir in gruyere cheese.

Step 7

Serve in bowls then top with pangrattato.
