Miso Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F & line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Make brown butter - Heat butter in pan and whisk as butter cooks.

Step 3

Cook butter until it browns and form small brown flecks.

Step 4

Whisk in miso then pour mixture into a measuring cup.

Step 5

Whisk browned butter miso mixture, sugar.

Step 6

Reduce speed to low then add the vanilla & egg until combined.

Step 7

Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips & toffee bits.

Step 8

Form dough balls then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Step 8

Bake for 10-12 minutes then enjoy!
