Lemon Lavender Shortbread Cookies

Lemon Lavender Shortbread Cookies are delightfully buttery lemon cookies with a hint of lavender.

Step 1

Cream butter, sugar, lemon juice and zest, lavender, and vanilla.

Step 2

Add sifted flour and kosher salt.

Step 3

Transfer dough to parchment paper.

Step 4

Form dough into a  log, wrap tightly, and twist ends.

Step 5

Refrigerate for 1 hour then slice into cookies.

Step 6

Place cookies onto baking sheet and bake for 10-14 minutes.

Step 7

Let cool then enjoy!
