Karaage Chicken Sliders

Karaage Chicken Sliders are savory mini sandwiches featuring crispy Japanese fried chicken, spicy mayo, and tangy slaw on a sweet Hawaiian roll.

Step 1

Make marinade -Whisk sake, soy sauce, mirin, ginger, and garlic.

Step 2

Toss chicken in marinade then refrigerate for 30 min.

Step 3

Make spicy mayo -Mix Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, sesame oil, togarashi, & mirin.

Step 4

Mix coleslaw dressing and other ingredients.

Step 5

Fry chicken in oil at 340-360°F until golden.

Step 6

Slice Hawaiian rolls in half then spread spicy mayo.

Step 7

Add karaage chicken then coleslaw.

Step 8

Add top buns then serve and enjoy!
