Passion Fruit Puree

Passion Fruit Puree, also known as lilikoi puree in Hawaii, is the part of the passion fruit that remains after you strain the pulp and remove the seeds.

Step 1

Cut passion fruit in half, careful to not spill the nectar.

Step 2

Transfer pulp to blender and pulse to loosen seeds from pulp.

Step 3

Do not over blend or seeds will break up into the mixture.

Step 4

Pour pulp into the sieve and strain by pushing spoon against sieve.
