How to Make Glaze for Donuts
Powdered sugar glazes are soft and sweet, and are most common for donuts. In contrast, a glaze with a chocolate base has a snap when you bite into it.
Powdered sugar glaze
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Chocolate Nutella Glaze
- Mix melted chocolate and nutella.
Dip donuts in glaze.
Cover with toppings then let glaze harden and enjoy!
Give the glaze time to harden
to prevent it from smearing or dripping off.
