Step 1

Make chicken - Whisk miso paste, sake, mirin, and tamari

Step 2

Season chicken with kosher salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Step 3

Cook chicken over medium heat until golden then simmer in sauce.

Step 4

Cut chicken then set aside.

Step 5

While chicken cooks, make ramen broth - boil chicken broth and add shoyu tare.

Step 6

Boil gluten free noodles for 1 minute then drain.

Step 7

Assemble bowls with miso chicken and toppings.
