- Whisk miso paste, sake, mirin, and tamari
Season chicken with kosher salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Cook chicken over medium heat until golden then simmer in sauce.
Cut chicken then set aside.
While chicken cooks,
make ramen broth
- boil chicken broth and add shoyu tare.
Boil gluten free noodles for 1 minute then drain.
Assemble bowls with miso chicken and toppings.
