Chocolate Strawberry Bouquet
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt chocolate in a microwave or with double boiler.
Use skewers to dip strawberries in chocolate.
Chill strawberries for 20 min.
Tie berries into 4 groups with a rubber band or bakers’ twine.
Wrap and tie skewers and flowers together to make bouquets.
