Chocolate Coconut Easter Nest Cookies

Chocolate Coconut Macaroon Nests are a spring twist on a classic coconut treat, featuring a chewy coconut cookie dipped in chocolate and topped with Cadbury Mini Eggs.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Mix coconut flakes, vanilla and almond extract, condensed milk, & salt.

Step 3

Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 4

Mix egg whites and coconut mixture.

Step 5

Place dough on baking sheet, use spoon to form nest, then bake for 25 min.

Step 6

Heat chocolate in microwave safe bowl.

Step 7

Dip cookies in chocolate & add dollop of chocolate on top of each cookie.

Step 8

Add Cadbury eggs then enjoy!
