Make miso sauce
- Mix miso, sugar, sake, mirin, soy sauce, & sesame oil.
Place salmon in a resealable bag and pour miso mixture on top.
Turn broiler on high and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place salmon on baking sheet with at least 1 inch between pieces.
Broil for 7-9 minutes until edges are crispy.
Top with miso glaze if desired, sesame seeds, and green onions!
