Broiled Miso Glazed Salmon

Broiled Miso-Glazed Salmon is a tender umami-packed dish and the perfect addition to your weeknight dinner rotation. It features buttery salmon with crispy edges dressed in miso sauce.

Step 1

Make miso sauce - Mix miso, sugar, sake, mirin, soy sauce, & sesame oil.

Step 2

Place salmon in a resealable bag and pour miso mixture on top.

Step 3

Turn broiler on high and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Step 4

Place salmon on baking sheet with at least 1 inch between pieces.

Step 5

Broil for 7-9 minutes until edges are crispy.

Step 6

Top with miso glaze if desired, sesame seeds, and green onions!
