Spicy Sriracha Aioli is a perfectly creamy, spicy condiment, featuring flavors from the Sriracha chili sauce and grated garlic. Use this sauce as a spread for burgers and sandwiches or a dip for fries, chicken, shrimp, and more.
Whisk Ingredients - Add mayonnaise, Sriracha, and garlic to a bowl and whisk until combined.
½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Sriracha, 1 clove garlic
Season - Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Chill then serve -Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Storage
Store aioli Sriracha in the refrigerator in an air-tight container up to 5 days. Before using it again, stir it softly until it reaches its original consistency. These ingredients don't stand up well to freezing.
Top tips
Use a baking spatula to scrape all of the sauce from the mixing bowl and eliminate food waste.
For fresh aioli, do not leave it out at room temperature for an extended period of time. This aioli contains mayo, which can spoil if not refrigerated.
