Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte is made with real pumpkin, dairy or plant-based milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and warm fall spices, including cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves -- served over ice. Make this espresso drink in just 5 minutes and top it with foam, pumpkin pie spices, and a cinnamon stick for garnish.
Add ingredients to jar - Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and flaky salt to a lidded jar or cocktail shaker. Pour espresso on top of the ingredients, then add half of the ice cubes, and the milk.
2 shots espresso or 1 cup strongly brewed coffee, 1 cup milk or plant-based milk, 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree, 2 teaspoon maple syrup, ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, ⅛ teaspoon flaky sea salt, 1 cup ice or coffee ice cubes
Shake coffee mixture - Seal the jar with the lid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Fill glass with remaining ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture on top.
Add foam and garnish - Add additional milk to a frother or add to a jar and shake vigorously until the milk aerates and becomes foamy. Pour the milk foam over the coffee. Garnish with more pumpkin spice or cinnamon and a cinnamon stick. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Storage
Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte is best enjoyed fresh. However, you can make it up to one day ahead of time. Store the latte in an air-tight jar in the refrigerator for up to one day. Top with fresh foam or whipped cream when ready to serve.
Tips
For smooth pumpkin, be sure to blend or puree fresh pumpkin until smooth to avoid any stringy pieces in your coffee.
