Storage
Store coffee ice cubes in the freezer in an ice mold or tray for up to 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, the coffee cubes will begin to get stale and taste bad. Note that like ice cubes, coffee cubes also absorb any other strong scents in the freezer.
Top Tips
Pour the coffee into the mold or ice tray over the sink in case you accidentally overfill it or spill the coffee.
Be sure to let the coffee cubes freeze undisturbed for at least 4 hours. They are frozen when you move the tray and the there is no liquid moving in the cubes.
