Fruity Summer Sangria with Pineapple and Watermelon is the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day. Mix orange, pineapple, and sugar - Add orange, pineapple, and sugar to a large pitcher. Using a wooden spoon, stir the ingredients until the fruit and sugar are well-mixed.
1 orange, 2 cups pineapple, ¼ cup sugar
Mix in watermelon and wine - Add watermelon and wine, and stir again.
2 cups watermelon, 1 750 ml bottle white wine
Chill Sangria - Refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.
Serve and enjoy - Serve in glasses and top with sparkling water and mint.

For a fully developed flavor, let the Sangria sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving it. This allows all of the ingredients to blend and the fruit to soak up the wine.
