Notes
StorageRefrigerate leftover matcha lemonade in a sealed jar or pitcher for up to 1 week. These ingredients don't stand up well to freezing.Top tips
If you don’t have a bamboo whisk (chasen), use a frother. If you do not have either, you can also add sifted matcha and water in a jar or cocktail shaker and vigorously shake until no clumps remain.
Chill your glasses in the fridge ahead of time to ensure your lemonade stays cold and fresh longer.
