– Brussel sprouts – Shallot – Olive Oil – Maple syrup (grade A or B) – Pancetta cubetti or cubed bacon – Kosher salt – Freshly cracked black pepper

Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2

Toss all ingredients besides bacon/pancetta.

Step 3

Arrange tossed ingredients on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

Step 4

While brussel sprouts are baking, cook the bacon or pancetta until golden brown.

Step 5

Mix brussel sprouts with bacon and pancetta then serve with your favorite Thanksgiving dishes.

Top Tip

For crisp Brussel sprouts, do not over-crowd the baking sheet. The air flow between the sprouts will minimize steaming, resulting in crisp Brussel sprouts.
