Thanksgiving Maple Bacon Brussel Sprouts
How to Make
– Brussel sprouts – Shallot – Olive Oil – Maple syrup (grade A or B) – Pancetta cubetti or cubed bacon – Kosher salt – Freshly cracked black pepper
Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Toss all ingredients besides bacon/pancetta.
Arrange tossed ingredients on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
While brussel sprouts are baking, cook the bacon or pancetta until golden brown.
Mix brussel sprouts with bacon and pancetta then serve with your favorite Thanksgiving dishes.
– For crisp Brussel sprouts, do not over-crowd the baking sheet. The air flow between the sprouts will minimize steaming, resulting in crisp Brussel sprouts.
