Teriyaki Salmon Bowl (Donburi)
Make Japanese rice
on stovetop or in rice cooker then place in bowl.
While rice cooks,
against grain into 2-4 servings.
Make teriyaki sauce
or use store-bought and
salmon in teriyaki sauce for 20 min.
While the salmon marinates,
simmer homemade teriyaki sauce to make glaze
on baking sheet at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
Remove salmon from oven and
spoon teriyaki glaze
Sprinkle salmon with sesame seeds and green onions then enjoy!
