Teriyaki Salmon Bowl (Donburi)

Step 1

Make Japanese rice on stovetop or in rice cooker then place in bowl.

Step 2

While rice cooks, cut salmon against grain into 2-4 servings.

Step 3

Make teriyaki sauce or use store-bought and marinate salmon in teriyaki sauce for 20 min.

Step 4

While the salmon marinates, simmer homemade teriyaki sauce to make glaze.

Step 5

Bake salmon on baking sheet at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.

Step 6

Remove salmon from oven and spoon teriyaki glaze over salmon.

Step 7

Sprinkle salmon with sesame seeds and green onions then enjoy!
