Tekka Maki (Tuna Sushi Roll)

Step 1

Make sushi rice - Make rice then add rice vinegar

Step 2

Place sheet of nori on bamboo mat then gently spread rice across nori.

Step 3

Place tuna strips in the center of the rice.

Step 4

Gently lift mat away from you & roll it over to touch other side.

Step 5

Gently squeeze with both hands to form roll.

Step 6

Slice roll into 6 pieces.

Step 7

Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, & pickled ginger.
