Step 1

Boil water for the eggs.

Step 2

Boil 1 egg for 7 min. and the other 3 eggs for 10 min.

Step 3

Transfer eggs to separate ice baths to keep track of the eggs easier.

Step 4

Peel the eggs.

Step 5

Cut 7 minute egg in half and set aside.

Step 6

Finely dice other 3 eggs and transfer to a mixing bowl.

Step 7

Mix in Kewpie mayo, salt, and pepper.

Step 8

Spread butter on bread then add egg salad with small well in center.

Step 9

Place 7 minute egg in center of bread.

Step 10

Cut sandwich in half then enjoy!
