Spicy Tuna With Crispy Rice

Step 1

Make sushi rice - Make rice then add rice vinegar

Step 2

Cool rice on baking sheet in freezer for 30 min

Step 3

Make spicy kewpie mayo - mix Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, sesame oil, & mirin.

Step 4

Mix ahi tuna - Mix ahi tuna scallions, tobiko, & spicy Kewpie mayo.

Step 5

Cut rice into small squares then pan fry for 3 min each side.

Step 6

Top rice cakes with tuna mixture, toasted sesame seeds, & jalapeno slices.

Step 7

Serve and enjoy as an appetizer or side!
