Spicy Ahi Poke

A refreshing recipe made with fresh ahi tuna and a spicy Kewpie mayo sauce

Ingredients

Spicy Mayo Mix

Mix sauces in a small bowl until all ingredients are incorporated. 

Mix Sauce and Tuna

Gently fold the ingredients until the ahi is coated in the sauce.

Garnish and Serve

Garnish with  scallions and furikake then serve immediately.

Enjoy!

Serve on top of a cooled bed of Japanese rice or with a fresh spring mix.
