Soft Boiled Quail Eggs

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to a soft boil on medium heat.

Step 2

Use a spoon to carefully lower eggs in water and cook for 2 ½ minutes.

Step 3

As eggs cook on the stovetop, fill a bowl with cold water and ice.

Step 4

Once timer pings, remove eggs and transfer them into bowl of water.

Step 5

Using a spoon, lightly tap each egg to crack shell then peel and enjoy!

Enjoy on their own, on avocado toast, or in a breakfast rice bowl.
