Shrimp Tempura Udon

Step 1

Prepare Shrimp Tempura (ebi tempura).

Step 2

Heat oil to fry shrimp and prepare batter.

Step 3

Fry shrimp until golden then set aside.

Step 4

Make dashi (broth) for udon.

Step 5

Cook udon noodles in boiling water then strain them.

Step 6

Assemble noodles & broth in large soup bowls. Then top with kamaboko, green onion, & shrimp tempura.
