Rinse the mushrooms

Pre-Preparation

Add oil and butter to pan before sautéeing mushrooms

Cast Iron Pan

Step 1

Once butter is melted, in pan add mushrooms and toss them in oil until evenly coated

Add white wine, salt and pepper

Step 3

Cook for approximately 15 minutes

Step 4

At about 7 minutes, stir in parsley
