Salmon Sashimi Donburi (Rice Bowl)

Step 1

Make Japanese rice on a stovetop or in rice cooker.

Step 2

Thinly slice salmon at 45° angle then add to cooled rice.

Step 3

Place shiso leaf on top of salmon and rice.

Step 4

Top with Ikura (salmon roe).

Step 5

Serve with shoyu and wasabi on the side and enjoy!
