Roasted Red Pepper Pesto

Roasted Red Pepper Pesto is a sweet and tangy pesto featuring red peppers, fresh basil, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Pecorino Romano, garlic, & toasted pine nuts.

Step 1

Toast pine nuts over medium-low heat.

Step 2

Cook until golden and toasted, about 3 minutes.

Step 3

Blend cheese, pine nuts, and garlic in food processor.

Step 4

Blend in roasted red peppers and basil.

Step 5

Stream in olive oil while blending, then season with salt to taste and enjoy!

Step 6

Enjoy with pasta, as a sandwich spread, and more!
