Roasted Chicken Stuffed with Wild Rice

Step 1

Cook vegetable wild rice on stove.

Step 2

While rice is cooking, heat oven to 425ºF.

Step 3

Stuff chicken w/ vegetable wild rice and sprigs of thyme and rosemary.

Step 4

Brush chicken w/ butter and sprinkle with sage, rosemary, thyme, kosher salt, & pepper.

Step 5

Stuff cavity w/ onion and tie chicken legs with baker's twine.

Step 6

Cook for 30 minutes, or until chicken is gold and crispy.

Step 7

Serve and enjoy!
