Roasted Asparagus with Lemon

Wash asparagus

Potatoes

PRE-PREPARATION

Oven

Preheat oven to 400°F

Step 1

Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and toss with seasoning

Step 2

Place asparagus on baking sheet and bake until tender

Step 3

Squeeze lemon on asparagus and dust with Parmigiano-Reggiano before serving
