Wash vegetables

Pre-Preparation

Preheat oven to 425°F

Step 1

Create vegetable mixture then pour into baking dish

Step 2

Place chicken  and garlic on top of vegetables and  tuck butter underneath chicken

Step 3

Coat chicken thighs in olive oil and seasoning

Step 4

Bake until chicken skin is golden, then serve and enjoy
