Red Pepper Pesto Pasta

Red Pepper Pesto Pasta is a flavorful, vibrant dish featuring al dente tossed in homemade red pepper pesto.

Step 1

Make the pesto -Toast pine nuts over medium-low heat for 3 min.

Step 2

Blend cheese, pine nuts, and garlic in food processor.

Step 3

Add in roasted red peppers and basil. Then season with salt and enjoy!

Step 4

Cook pasta in a large pot then reserve cup of pasta water.

Step 5

Mix pasta and sauce together.

Step 6

Add pasta water about 1/4 cup at a time, until reaches a silky consistency.

Step 7

Serve with grated parmigiano-reggiano then enjoy!
